Our Philosophy
Agricola Portofino is a locus amoenus: An idyllic place where artists can take refuge to create, a place that aims at confrontation, discovery and the release of new energies. Agricola Portofino Residency welcomes restless souls, talents ready to explore new dimensions, grow and enrich themselves.
The Territory
Portofino Park constitutes an exemplary demonstration of the fusion of the natural environment and human activities, whose coexistence has allowed the development of landscapes in which there is a continuous alternation of natural ecosystems and cultivation, with a surprising variety of environments. The construction of terracing evolved at the same time as the development of olive groves.
The importance of the link between man and the environment, within the territory of Portofino Park, is underscored by the establishment, among the first in Italy, of a protected area since 1935.
